I train 4 times a week, cutting at the moment, so a strict diet in place at the moment.

Lots, its mentioned regularly. Shags our favourite gym guy. I workout a fair bit, coupled with stuff like yoga.

I work out 3-4 times a week, gonna have to think about dieting fairly soon though, I'm over 15 stone and a bit tubby these days.

Quite distracted there, I work out twice a week, cardio and weights, then swim 1/2 mile twice a week....I'm hooked and as for diet, I'm on the military diet three days a week, and dropped over a stone in two months .

Yeah I'm doing super sets and drop sets, but diet also plays a key part. Just losing that extra bit of fat can make you look so much better, especially when it comes to abs.

I love the gym I'm deffo one that has to diet , I can't out train a bad diet I've tried , I do know some guys with good genetics that can I like food to much .

Any tips for gym bros is well appreciated .

Me. I usually train 4/5 times a week. Weights mainly with cardio thrown in here and there. Dropped something like 14% bodyfat this year.

I got to the gym, but i guess I'm one of the few who don't really bother with the weights. I just tend to concentrate on interval training on the treadmill for my running.

Pool was empty tonight so I've got a half mile swim in , pleased I did it in 40 minutes too

I'll hit the gym tomorrow .... Sort of addicted to the buzz
