You're right - I'm sure. Wondering what sort of regime I should adopt. There do lots of classes, and they have the gym. Do I stick with 2-3 mixed classes and some cardio...or.. I don't know. I'd like to get firmer around the tummy and more fitter and more muscular all over. | |||

" i swim and gym i find my own body weight is enough to tone up,dips,press ups,pull ups its very hard working out just using your own weight | |||

Be warned though, it seems like teensy movements that can't possibly be making any difference. Until you get halfway through a good class and you realise how hard it is! Yoga is great to improve flexibility and learn to relax and control your breathing. Quite a few weights guys used to come to the yoga classes to get back the flexibility they were losing as they pumped their muscles up. | |||

Great advice I instruct pump and advise anyone new to stay light for first few sessions | |||
