Do you have your dinner in the evening. I try and have mine just before 7pm

Somewhere between 6:30 and 7:30 ish depending on what time I get in from work.

I do try and not push it past 8pm if I can help it.

I try to have my last food around 6pm.

I don't eat after 7pm. For some reason I get indegestion and broken sleep if I eat much later.

Don't always have dinner of an evening. Sometimes have a late lunch/dinner combo and then maybe a crumpet and cup o tea later.

I don't finish work till 6pm and depending on whether I go to the gym after work it's usually about 8ish. Today I've been a bit poorly and now I'm trying to decide whether to cook something or whether to eat Doritos for dinner!

I have mine at about 6.30, but the problem is that at 9pm Im always in the fridge looking for something to pick on,usually its chocolate

I dont normally like to eat after 6pm in the evening.

So roughly about 5.30 pm.

Though tonight was a little later cuz me mate was comming round.

I am likely to still at work at 19:00h most nights!

Don't really have a proper meal in the evening as such, I just have a snack of whatever I have in the fridge etc., as my main meal of the day is lunch.
