The levellers in Manchester (I think) fantastic atmosphere and they put on a great show.

Not a big venue and it was pretty chilled out compared to other gigs I've attended but in a feel good happy way.

Me too. Although I carried mine on into my twenties and my thirties. I have been to so many other gigs as well I'd be hard pressed to name a favourite. Sheer sonic fury would have to be My Bloody Valentine but the first time I saw Mogwai was pretty special and one of those magic gig moments.

The big puff..... he needs to man up, why does he need legs to play the guitar anyway?

I've seen a load of great shows, and couldn't single out just one. Although really rocked Bonjovi a few years ago at Hull.

At the time I didn't like them but was dragged by a mate to See Nirvana at The Hummingbird in Brum. I think it was in 90 possibly 91. I didn't really appreciate them until then.

Genesis 1980 at Liverpool Empire was the most entertaining but UFO in 1978 at the Empire was my first and most memorable for the atmosphere, excitement and downright eardrum blowing, head banging madness. Judas Priest and Iron Maiden in 1980 at Deeside Leisure centre was another fantastic gig too with both bands being awesome.

Apparently the slide show and lighting that was supposed to be in sync with the music and help to illustrate the story, rarely worked properly. You must have been one of the fortunate ones! Ive got bootleg footage from some lamb performances. Really hope that they can all get together for another lamb tour. With todays technology, we would get a perfect show and a glimpse into Gabriel's weird world. If Floyd could do it for live8, then I'm sure genesis could.

Somewhere in North Norfolk

I've been to very few live music events.

Sadly, I can't because selfish wankers smoke even when they're in non-smoking venues.

I bought tickets for U2 as a present for my then bf once and the entire event was ruined for us by people smoking around us and refusing to put them out when I asked. The woman sitting behind me was heavily pregnant too.

I saw INXS when Michael Hutchence was still with them. They were great. U2 would have been good but for the smokers.

I've seen Madonna live twice and was underwhelmed. Her shows were a rip off.

I think it was '91 when I saw them. I've still got the T-shirt somewhere.
