A sheep in the boot

Titz Towers, North Notts

No idea why, but one chap pulled over by the rozzers in Yorkshire was found to have a sheep in his boot.

He was found to have defective tyres, but hadn't broken any laws regarding taking a sheep out for a spin.

I'm baffled as to why

Hatchback or saloon?

Flossy wouldn't have had much of a view in a saloon - hardly seems any point?

If it was enjoying a 'dog and car window' style experience that would be different!

East Sussex

Possibly the sheep was feeling a little down and the kind chap thought he'd cheer it up by taking it for a drive to Quickfit. I hope uncle Bill checked that she was over 16 though.
