Who has the most spoilt pet?

Somewhere in North Norfolk

I have two pedigree rescue cats. I've had them for 8 years, since they were 6 years old.

They were bred for their nature and their looks and can't be trusted outside alone, so they are indoor cats that get some supervised outside time.

They're long-haired and the male likes to chew grass to aid with digestion, to help him avoid hairballs. I let him out most days, or every other day to do this.

My dad, who has been up here quite a lot lately, also takes him outside when he's here.

He's very helpfully taught the cat to be hand fed individual blades of grass.

That's fine if dad wants to do that, but the cat now expects me to do it too. When he's let out, he ambles over to the area of long grass we keep for him and waits to be presented with individual blades of grass.

Can anyone top that for a truly spoilt pet?

That is a spoilt kitty!

My sister's cat just waits on my bed when I'm visiting. When I walk in to my room, she miaows, letting me know she wants fuss. So I go lie down, she comes over and she'll often flop onto my hand.

But in our household, the dogs are the most spoilt. They get get cheddars and all sorts. Totally spoilt!

Our dachshund has scrambled eggs for breakfast

What what! "

The aforementioned cat has small quantities of kitten food for breakfast. Only fish flavours. He's 14 and it's got too much protein in for him but he likes it and he bellows until he gets it.

He had it temporarily to help him regain weight after illness but it seems that kitten food is habit forming.

Don't eggs make the dog do stinky farts?

Our dogs get pigs hearts - the Science Dept at work give them to me when they've finished dissecting them. Love buying them new collars too.

He had it temporarily to help him regain weight after illness but it seems that kitten food is habit forming.

Don't eggs make the dog do stinky farts?"

He doesn't have them often maybe twice a week at most. But dogs farts smell regardless!

His most pampered routine is.

In a morning he wakes up, take him downstairs, goes outside to do his business then goes and sits by the stairs to be carried back up to bed!

Being a sausage dog, stairs are his inanimate nemesis

I had 3 guinea pigs for nearly 9 years. My Mum thought they were her grandchildren. Lol. Bottled water in their water bottles. Finest veggies. Heat pads in the winter. The works! No wonder they lasted as long as they did. Miss C. Xx

My mum calls my cats her "grandkitts". They're the closest thing to grandchildren that she's going to get.

Where do I start, huge activity centre that cost me £180.

There own sofa £400 that I'm sometimes allowed on if there's room.

Mine have a large activity thingy. They don't have their own sofa though. They have a couple of fleeces on the sofa and chair and various other beds around the house.

They are expected to give up the sofa to humans if required.

My mum calls in for an hour or two every day, to spend time with them, if I'm away too. Not that I go away much.

However, they are not allowed on the kitchen counters or the coffee table, so it's not entirely a free for all here.

They're also not allowed to kick things off my bedside table for fun, but we're having an ongoing dispute over this one.

I have 6 horses 5 dogs 2 cats and sheep and all very very spoilt .. My family my animals too so all spoilt . But give us so much joy you cant put a price on that can you.

No, I wouldn't want to be without them. They're 14, so I'm going to have to face it at some point not too far off though It's an awful thought.

over the years had this and its not easy and I now have there ashes so when I go they will come with me when dead that way we will still be together cats and dogs not so easy with horses .

This I agree with this entirely. Apart from a few scraps of plaice when my parents are here having fish and chips, he rarely gets human food.

They had a little plain turkey at Christmas but it's a very rare treat. The male goes nutso every time I have tuna but I won't share with him. I do buy tinned tuna in spring water though and I give him the water I drain from it.

When I had my staffys they used to have chicken every other day and steak at least once a week. In the colder months they used to have a cup a soup a day aswell to keep them warmer.

Used to cost me an absolute fortune but as others have said my pets where my children. Other friend laughed and said they where more spoilt than some children but that's the way I treated them though

I spoil the cat with love and saving boxes for her rather than food treats. She's approaching 19 or 20 so I am careful with her diet. The only exception is that when I get fish and chips I always get a large so she can share it since she goes nuts for it. I have stopped her eating the chips as well though.

I have a number of pets but my pup is the most spoiled...he sleeps in bed with us, he is very rarely left alone and has a doggy nanny who lives on a farm who looks after him when we go away or just for the weekend as a break for him, he likes a digestive biscuit and most weekends has bacon, sausage and egg with his breakfast, we take him everywhere with us and arrange our weekends around him and places we can take him he is the friendliest, happiest dog I have ever met. I absolutely love him

My birds are spoilt .. when we eat we have to share. they all get pots of rice or pasta potato peas sweetcorn.. They all like a piece of meat to chew and a bone whenever we have chicken or pork.

we make omelette or eggy bread.extra toast or a digestive. the cockatoo just helps herself off my plate .. .. I love them tho .

My cat is pretty spoiled too. I've only had her since January but she's beautiful and has the nature of a dog which is great. She sleeps beside me, it's become very clear that she's as much of a creature of habit as me and very quickly we've fallen into a pattern. It's super cute and I really don't care if people think I'm a crazy cat lady.

HRH the cat currently has 4 designated sleeping areas, including 2 in the conservatory (winter and summer beds)and one in the lounge, which was organised so she gets maximum sun time- yet she has decided that my bed is more comfy and is usually full length on it when i go up at night. She's a pain in the arse if she stays there all night as she like to lean on me- then shuffle, until i'm balanced on the very edge, not to mention 3am fuss time.....so she's put away at night on her own comfy cushion.

She's carried downstairs and i cover her eyes when we go past the hall lights, so its not too bright- then she's placed in front of the bowl with her overnight food.

She also has a £100 cat flap that only she can use, to keep the local riff raff cats out- of course, I still end up opening the bloody door everytime she wants to come in or out

If she comes in when its raining, she has her own towel and i also put the underfloor heating on so its warmer on her feet.....she's got me well trained, but then she is my no.1 lady

I HAVE TO make my GSD a latte every morning after an hours walk!

Started when she STOLE mine one morning, now expects it every day.

got to cut down on sugar though, she is getting a little fat! haha
