....not in the pre-op sense.

'Woman' profiles, set out as dudes. Seems to be a glut of them appearing in the past few weeks.

Can only think they're created to contact women who have 'not looking for single guys' set on their page.

Or maybe the profile creation page is more complex than I remember....?

These profiles don't last long because they get reported almost immediately

I pointed this out to someone who contacted me. His response was that he's looking for women. I tried to explain but he still didn't understand that it was showing his gender as female.
