I hated exercise - was a size 26 for a long time... got off my arse, started exercising, now love it and am a gym instructor and trying to get repaired after a car accident to qualify to teach a different class too..." "What sort of running did you do before ? Competitive racing or jogging in the park ? Try out your local ParkRun on a Saturday morning. It's (only) 5km and we'll organised and attended. Very much a social event for runners of all abilities " Just googled it. .. there's one near you at Arrow Lake | |||
