Looking for men, women, couples

What is it about the way that is written that just screams 'fake'? We see quite a few single 'women', recently joined on the site who invariably have a one line profile ending in something along the lines of 'looking for women, couples' and variations thereof. Never 'women AND couples', always just that mysterious comma.

Is there anyone genuine who has that written on their profile in that particular way? Does it seem fake because it just seems so formulaic? Or maybe it's just us?

Yeah, maybe.

On the other hand, maybe there is some fake factory churning these profiles out one after another, another, another.

The site does have a generic blurb that's put on new profiles who haven't filled their profile text in yet

Maybe that's what you're seeing
