Ain't it just! We got rid of it eventually by cutting the main stem, drilling a hole in it and putting salt in the hole.

If you aren't referring to the plant but to Ivy the persistent lady who keeps contacting you my advice is the same

Its a blumming pain . Just removed tons and used chemical warfare and its still coming back !!
