Looking for a reasonable walk not to far from Derby.

Needs to ideally be circular, be very quiet (ie topless walking quiet), at least 5 miles. ideally with picturesque photo opportunities. anyone suggest anywhere. don't mind a bit of a drive.

feels like we have walked just about everywhere near us!

I was going to suggest Bradgate Park or Thornton Reservoir but I think topless walking would be frowned upon there!

Far too many people at Bradgate. Looking for an escape. Been there several times. Nice place but always busy. Thornton i don't know.

Tiny little village near Markfield (J22 - M1).

Surrounded by fields and woodland, very picturesque.

We need the DDCs in, and topless will very much be supported. An August weekend will be tough for quiet in many places. Publicise it too much on here and a few fab walkers could horde out there too.

It's fairly quiet but there's a few fishermen. There's a small wood and lots of fields on the far bank that are generally very quiet.
