the good lands, the bad lands, the any where you may want me lands

Yeah, well to some, maybe.

Is there a Podiatrist in the house? I'm experiencing some persistent discomfort in my right foot. It manifest itself as a unplesent pain, between my arched instep and my heel. It is there all the time, but more noticeable when I am sitting flexing my foot up and down, and when I am walking on it; again probably the flexing motion...am I about to loose it? is there any hope?

This but I'd go see a podiatrist rather than your GP.

can you still buy Black treacle? has the tin branding gone all politically correct? the same way that I guess CAMP coffee has had a multiple of makeovers and is now called Glamp coffee
