The land of grey peas and bacon

So I'm having my niece and nephew stopping with me (I'm known as the mad auntie) and I'm having a mini ice cream parlour for them...what is the ultimate must have (apart from ice cream) for a sundae?

Hereabouts

That chocolate sauce that goes solid once you've poured it onto the ice cream! It's handy for holding things like crumbled biscuits or marshmallows in place on the top
