Weird one for you guys. Just got back from 3 weeks in Sri Lanka and I fell in love with passion fruit jam I had in one of the hotels for breakfast. Has anyone else tried this delightful jam on toast and where can I buy some in the UK? By the way I would thoroughly recommend Sri Lanka!

The Four Corners

make some

1 part fruit to 1 part sugar ... add some apples or another fruit with lots of pectin ( this is what helps set the jam)

might not need other fruit depending on the amount of pectin in the passionfruit.

and hey presto home made jam.

passionfruit skin has alot of pectin... so scoop out the pulp.. boil the skins (around half an hour) and use the juices in the jam
