Restoring the va va voom or general 'pick-me-ups'

Don't worry this isn't (too much) of a self indulgent post, but over the last few days I've been in a bit of a lull and generally feeling sorry for myself. No specific reason that I can place my finger on to be honest

Now I know everyone's different and there's no 'one size fits all' answer but what tips / tricks do you use to spark yourself back into life when you're feeling a little down or need that sparkle again?

What are those little things that you do to bring the va va voom back?

Case of San Miguel and a bottle of corkies.

I'm in a pickle though. I have no corkies and my last SM has just gone down the hatch.

Brigadoon

I'm quite a boring home body so I just like to spend a cosy night in with myself. Nice fresh bedding, long soak in the bath, a good all over moisturising and sit in bed preening, painting fingernails and silly pampering things like that, while watching a movie. I always feel better the next morning.

Very, but he disappeared one day and ironically he was the only one who could have found him!
