It depends what they're messaging you for.

If it's just a chat then no problem, I'll answer them.

If they must want to give me a blow job, then I'd just tell them I wasn't interested and carry on with what I was doing.

I used to get a lot of guys message me despite being straight. I don't even get them now ha ha!
