They've got one of the most annoying adverts on telly though, followed closely by Halifax.

It depends... if the purpose of their advertising was brand awareness, then yeah, they've achieved that as I remember their stinky adverts. If, however, they advertise to increase sales then they've failed as I've vowed to not buy anything from there.
