clonic hydrotherapy

I have colonic hydrotherapy every few months. Anyone else have it as often or had it done? How do you find it?

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I've never had a colonic but as I'm trying new things this year I am considering whether I should try it.

What benefits do you get from it, OP?

How long does the energy boost last? I would be worried about erm, leakage, after the procedure and getting home.

Energy can last for a few days. I would recommend that you find a place not to far from home. Plus once you have had the treatment done they send you off to the toilet. If it is done correct the only thing would come out is water after.

Also you will have wind the next day so try and be at home or safe place.

I've had it done, after the first time I felt lethargic and had a headache - can be a by product of your body releasing all the toxins as well as dehydration. The energy after that went was good, haven't kept up with it though lately.

Plenty of water after and probiotic pills for five days after that will help.

Irritable bowel syndrome Basically you need to use the toilet and can not wait or you are unable to go for days. Another way of putting your bowels are not normal.

"Awww that must be awful on a long flight "

It's very common but a lot of people don't admit they have it.

Try a packed train or underground tube.

I have Crohns disease - I wouldn't even consider getting on a Tube train. Colonic irrigation would be a definite no-no for me

I used to be for it but then considered that it was hyped and something we don't need or that really benefits us. I was disappointed as I'd been excited about it. After studying more, it changed my mind.

It's interesting to hear all your feedback though.

Do others agree - it's not good to clear your flora, as well as contents? Obviously there's a risk of physical damage, but our guts are self cleaning, delicately balanced systems. I would discourage a patient from having this, apart from for experiential purposes.

If humans benefit, so would animals, and I'm not aware of many animals getting this.
