That's understandable as we are fed images and descriptors of good being pretty and evil being ugly to look at very early on. The bad man in the story is not the same as the handsome prince, the old hag who wants to eat you takes you or tries to kill you because your beauty makes them jealous.

Think I have an honest face, every bastard I meet seems to want to tell me their life story anyway and the amount of people's secrets I have makes me feel like I weigh 100 tonne! An old lady told me I had kind eyes and if we're talking back in the day BC (before child!) when I was a bit of a scrappy doo my friends used to say how freaky it was when I argued or had a scuffle with someone there'd never be any signs of anger on my face I'd just be smiling or laughing.

Thank you. It's the gurning that led to the friend describing it as honest.

As to the honesty of your face I would say it's a clear, open face which does look honest... and innocent! It was cheeky Mr DDC I was responding to. He's claiming he's got a guilty face and he hasn't. He may very well have a guilty conscience though.
