when i first came on here about 5 years ago, it seemed to be a lot more people meeting and having fun, these days it seems more people just chatting or promoting swinging clubs and not as many meeting, does anyone else think the site has become more social media style?

Not really, there are only a tiny percentage of members using the forums. If you ever browse people's profiles and check their verifications, there's loads of people meeting.

I first signed up a few years back. Mostly the people I contacted were rather abrasive and sometimes downright rude. Thought I'd give it another go and this time it seems much more friendly.

I think the volume of users meeting has risen, as has the percentage of people getting succesful meets too: the higher the number of users, the easier it is for people to find compatible matches etc.

The forum, as others state, attract a very small minority of users: most never dwell here long, if they even notice it exists.
