Am off for an early night tonight as I want to get up and ready early for parkrun tomorrow.

I always enjoy parkrun but tomorrow is a special one...not only is it my first as a 35 year old but I get to run in the footsteps of the great man himself, Paul Sinton-hewitt as he runs his 250th run at Worcester on the second leg of his parkrun tour!

I've met a few famous people in my time and that was exciting but to me this man is a hero! Hope I get to grab a cheeky selfie

Last Sunday. It was too hot for me and I ended up with mild heatstroke and a purple face.

The kids crossed the line with Paula Radcliffe, who was running back and forth to see people across the finish line.

I hope you got your birthday list this year.
