1) Has your confidence chatting to Men/Women improved ?

2) Has your own body image improved ?

3) Has your sexual performance and technique improved ?

No change in any of the three for me.

I've always been gobby and happy to chat crap with random folk.

I've never worried about my body (though I probably should!) or being naked/scantily clad around people.

I don't think I'm any better in the sack - but I've been grateful to many people for the opportunity to try many new things.

It's all been good - even the 'average' times.

I'm fairly chatty anyway and not shy so no change there.

It's worse now. Not gonna say why but nobody has treated me like there's anything wrong with me. I'm not hating myself either.

Was pretty experienced before here, i'd say it's the same, but i have got lazy.
