The statemebt about fake eye lashes ect ect is surprisingly apt for a site like this.... As I pointed out in my first post, you can be polite, well mannered, respectful and still get no where.

I know I'm nothing special to look at, so far from arrogant..... However as a person I am the friend that will be there through thick and thin..... Yet on a site where a woman gets bombarded with emails each time...the "average" man doesn't stand a chance .... I can't help but feel that this way of thinking belies a huge sense of entitlement. Fab is what it is, men far outnumber women so they're able to an extent to pick and choose. Nothing will guarantee anybody a meet and being nice is not what is preventing anybody getting one simply because women do not have to meet anyone if they don't want to.

Don't let yourself believe that because you can't get a meet that there's something wrong with you it isnt a normal environment and women aren't attracted to one generic man.

Yeah I've worked my own approach and it's being myself, it's others I can't work out whether they would rather some arrogant git and just being nice because your being nice.

Maybe the OP should simply be more observant? 8 years is a long time on here. Surely there should have been some basic pattern recognition and analysis going on. In that time you would surely work out success vs failure for meets. You should also have worked out how to spot things like..your type, possible compatibility, how to spot bs and time wasters.
