Unfortunately when you have a couple of years off here and a couple of years off their to raise children. Then are limited on what hours you can work whilst they are at school. This also has a detrimental effect on how you can do your job.

no it isnt ...if you earn £10,000 a year or £100,000 a year then a percentage of your wage is taken regardless of how much it costs to raise your child

The courts don't give them what they ask for they give them what's theirs lawfully.
