"Nope none with pc" Ok then you are a bit screwed lol, you can repair the MBR via the repair disc ( complicated and long winded ) It definitely sounds to me like your MBR is corrupt ( windows will not start at all without this ) Either get a PC expert in or take it back to PC world

"1)) unplug then put ur windows disc into cd tray. 2) plug in + switch on 3) if it boots from cd- all good. 4)if it doesn't, you need to try same trick but change your bios to boot from cd. To change your bios 1) switch on PC 2) when dots start running across your screen -press F8 button to take you into start up options, 3) from start up options, change boot sequence to boot from cd first. 4) restart PC "

"F8 does not have reboot from cd on it" Ok so you hit F8 and did it bring up a screen with various 'command' options - one of which would say something like 'start up sequence' Or 'bios settings '? Bios means basic input output system- allowing you to change where the computer reads it's start up files

"F8 says.safe mod Safemode with networkin Safe mode with command prompt Enable boot logging Enabe low resolution video Last known good configuration advanced Directory ser restore mode Debugging mode Disable auto restart on system failure Disable driver signature enforcement" Ok, choose 'last known good configuration' Then tell me the options you get

"F8 says.safe mod Safemode with networkin Safe mode with command prompt Enable boot logging Enabe low resolution video Last known good configuration advanced Directory ser restore mode Debugging mode Disable auto restart on system failure Disable driver signature enforcement" You can try " last known good configuration " but its unlikely to work as i said i think your MBR is corrupt. F12 should take you to boot menu then select your dvd drive ( make sure the win cd is in ) you should then get a black screen with " hit any key to boot from cd/dvd " hit any key and sit back Follow any on screen instructions

"Says windows failed to start sofeware change miit be the cause." Ok, so if your mbr is corrupt, as Jamie says- see if you can find boot options using the F12 button. So, again, unplug, plug in + when you get dots running across the screen hit f12 this time and let us know what options you get

"It says Hdd1:st3500418as Cd/dvd1;hl-dt-stdvdram gt30n Network1:iba ge slot 00c8 v1365" Thanks. So pretty much the last thing we can do, now, with this disk - is to try safe mode. So, do the F8 again and this time choose 'Safe Mode' - let us know what happens. hopefully it brings up your login screen

"F8 safe done no luck.say windows failed to start." Ok, very last option means using safe mode with command option. So F8 and choose the ' safe mode with command option' If we can get that up, we have a chance!

"When loading blue screen. For a sec" So after F8, safe mode with command prompt - you then get the blue screen of death and nothing else?

"When loading blue screen. For a sec" thats all that you will get as it wont boot the system up even in safe mode its time to try another way instead

"System setting says Network setting Password management" Ok, so we've tried F1,F8, F12 and no bios options. Nor dos mode. So we can't change input to read from your cd/DVD. you may be lucky and the disk is still ok, could be a SCSI (pronounced scuzzy) or something. if it was me, I'd now try to get the disk out of the laptop and try read it using some external device, to try save your data. But hardware wise, it could be several things. Maybe I'd take it back to shop and say, you can't even access BIOS. Guess they'll just say it's out of warranty? Seems like all you can really do now is try get the disk out safely- it's not that difficult with a screwdriver
