In a attempt to cut down / stop smoking , I've not bought any cigarettes today and it's not been too bad .

But now I've had a drink and the shops are shut . I'm climbing the f%%king walls .

And don't start with all that well done keep it up shit or I'll find where you live come round light one end of you and smoke you and take it all down and not in a nice way .....

Get a semi decent vape (not the crap your local shop will sell you - something of equal price which is decent off the internet).

I'm not going to lie; it's not the same. It will however fight off any cravings.

Everyone at work rants about Champix but I think any prescriptive medicine with similar side effects to anti-depressants should be viewed with scrutiny.

I still buy tobacco for the occasional smoke in the morning/evening, but I hardly smoke at all now.

Just googled the nearest 24hr petrol station , the round trip including cigarettes would be £25-28 , sadly I'm considering it .

I've a couple of Havanas & a cheeky 25yo bottle of Irish whisky in my stash, mmmmmmmmmmm!!

I live in the sticks , when you go past the last house in any direction the next street light you see is 4-5 miles away .

But of course I know. Hopefully you got through the cravings. Good luck in ditching the habit, it's hard but it'll be worth it.

As silly as it seems, when I was giving up smoking and really needed one.

I'd mimick smoking by taking very deep breaths through your lips in the smoking position.

Seriously it helped. After a couple of lungs full of air and just going through the motions I found I didn't actually need the cigarette.

Air is pretty healthy too

Roll a tea bag in paper. Worked for me in the desert for seven months. Either that or kick your little toe off a door and you won't think of fags for hours.
