Oh wow... tried to 'fold' you erection in her mouth? That sounds painful... Well, I would be giving out my techniques then but its all in the mouth to tongue ratio , or so I've found anyway.

No, in all seriousness I have known a few guys who couldn't orgasm from oral, I am fairly similar. I enjoy when someone goes down on me but it's unlikely to tip me over the edge.
