It's a generalisation so not specific to one particular aspect. Do an average of all the facilities and joys on offer. Bad food cancels out good beer. Clean toilets cancels out sticky carpet. That sort of thing.

The Chophouse. Good beer and food. You know when you've had too much because you start talking to the sculpture of L.S Lowry stood at the bar.
