Not so much the instant karma thing but have you found the seeds you have scattered to the wind come back to you in like form?

I believe it can wait until your next lifetime, which is why I'm not looking at this from a Karma point of view but more from a gardening/farming view.

I'm just a really soft laid back person i will do anything for anybody and even at work I go out of my way for people even doing things that are not in my job description and things i dont get paid for but instead of finding what goes around comes around I find people just take advantage of my good nature and abuse it rather than helping me back when I need it

everybody who knows me knows if they are stuck they called rely on me but nobody ever helps me out when I need help

I hope that it means they are all saving it up for when you really, really need it. Perhaps you need to ask louder and clearer?

Surely the point is that she shouldn't need to ask at all?

It's not a like for like exchange though. Those she has given to may not have the wherewithal, emotionally/physically/monetarily, to help. Those who can help may not realise the need but would give if asked.

But seriously folks, I'm not sure I believe in Karma as some people do, but I can see that we are reaping the bad vibes from nature for our mistreatment of it over the centuries.

I've seen it happen to people, but that's more down to lack of consideration of possible outcomes.

I have terrible luck and wonder if I've done things to bring it upon myself. I do try really hard to give to society with volunteering, donating, and doing the right thing, so seems a bit shit to have had half of the things I've experienced happen. However, I'm not dead yet so maybe I'm looking at it the wrong way and should consider it good luck.

A couple of things only one to do with me; life is throwing me one of those moments that's supposed to make you stronger if it doesn't kill you. The other is a tale of intrigue and vengeance held in check.

But if I had the secret compost mix, you all be riding me unconscious and going through my notes as I slept. Well I have found the secret mix and I keep it in the drawer in the bedside cabinet.

As friend said to me once, Misery loves company but company can't stand misery. I think negativity attracts negativity and positivity attracts positivity - that's nothing to do with Karma.

Doing your good deeds is putting something positive into the society in which you live, so maybe as society improves from you contributions, some nice things will start to happen.

That's a very good point; we often only notice what we are looking for.
