Even though it's been a hot summers day. I really fancied a curry tonight so have vegetable curry with pilau rice. It's bloody lovely!

My other favourite when I go to my local Indian to eat in is chicken Dansak with mushroom rice and share a peshwari naan.

What's you fave curry dish?

Tikka Masala or Korma, but difficult to find a good Korma, either not creamy enough or not enough or too much coconut, you should see the mess in my kitchen when I'm experimenting with Korma, not quite cracked it to perfection yet.

i used to be a korma girl, then i moved on to passanda and now am stuck firmly on saag wala (chicken or lamb).

I am not a fan of spicy food so am scared to try anything else in case i dont like it and it ruins the meal.

I used to be rather partial to Chicken Vindaloo, but I find now that, although I do enjoy the flavour, after about 3 or 4 mouthfuls, my mouth is burning so much I can no longer really taste it.

I'm rather liking Chicken Tikka Masala these days, and as I'm DJing at an Indian Restaurant on a fairly regular basis, I get to bring some home with me quite often - and the best bit is that I don't have to pay for it either

Happy days!!!
