Do you listen to them or just call the person back?

Everyone I know never listens to them, just wondered is it just me who listens to them or not.

I always listen to them....also if someone calls and doesn't leave a message I'll assume it wasn't important so I don't call back.

Nope never.

And it drives people nuts.

But I've always said to text me if you want me.

Even when the phone rings it's rare I pick it up.

I prefer a text message or whatsapp.

That way I can quickly see what it's about.

I just can't be arsed with conversation or listening to fucking mail.

Never check on my mobile number as I use it for Fab etc., so not paying to listen to drivel from anyone or any company trying to sell me something I have no interest in.

Family and friends know how to contact me if they have the need and my landline phone is unplugged as I only have it for braodband.

I listen to mine. But friends don't tend to leave them-they will text instead or appreciate that I will get back in touch with them when i'm available.

i listen but those damn ppi people and other such nuisance calls have started to leave them - but i would never forgive myself if i missed an important message that may be connected to one of my children somehow - so i will continue

I was curious as all my family and friends never listen to their voicemail, but expect everyone else to listen to one they left.

Wanted to know if was just the people I knew that did this, now I know.
