Question for people that aren't meeting

Why do you still have people ticked on your 'looking for' list?

(If you delete everything (men women couples etc) off your looking for list it takes you off the searches.)

We aren't actively looking for meets at present but if and when a free evening pops up and we have the urge, wouldn't rule a meeting out.

We don't feel the need to uncheck the looking for box as we don't get tons of messages. Either people actually read profiles or we aren't in huge demand.

It doesn't stop all mail but it does make it much quieter.

On our couples profile I just untick the 'men' box. Couples pretty much never mail us.

A woman mailed us once.. but it was a man.

This. I did put all my filters on but then took them off in the run up to licketys party. I don't get many messages now anyway so it doesn't bother me really,

Changed 38 to 99, doubt it makes a difference but 38 is within standard search criteria,

I don't think it's common knowledge that unticking removes you from people's searches. I remember you mentioning this in a thread a while ago. I never knew but now I use it when I want to take a break.

Im not meeting but its not through choice. Seem to pick the wrong ones to meet when I do, so still persisting with my search. Must be someone on here who wants to meet
