I loved Escort and Men Only. In later teens I graduated to Health and Efficiency (H&E)which was so up market. The owner of the newsagent for whom I used deliver papers used to let us read them whilst waiting to be loaded up with papers!

in my youth I was nominated to purchase two copies of the said magazine. I went into a newsagent and picked two off the shelf. The shop assistant who was an older but cute lady said " that will be £1.20 you have two copies" My retort surprised even me when I said "one for each eye"!

Had this debate with the Mrs the other day, we're moving house and I found the old stash in the cupboard. I feel bad just throwing them out when I really should deposit them in a bush somewhere for someone to find. I remember being king for a day amongst mates when I found a load in the woods as a 13yo!
