On my way back from some work,I heard Solsbury Hill by Peter Gabriel on the radio, it cheered me up, sunny day and country lanes to boot.

What are your musical spirit lifters?

Liberate by disturbed. Great pace and lyrics

"Bold motherfucker don't you limit your mind

Liberate your mind

You motherfucker, you're so narrow-minded

So narrow-minded

So liberate your mind"

Always puts me in the mood for a run

Walk by Foo Fighters (ironically enough). Saw Dave Grohl sing it to his daughter at Reading a couple of years ago. Positively choked me up
