A friend recommended a cheaper way to enjoy a holiday. For £150 I can go to a fancy resort all I need to do is attend the sales pitch. Anyone ever tried this?? What really happens if you say not interested? ?

Yes done one ..it was brilliant ...had to listen to the sales pitch for about 4 hours and then said no but during that time they took us for a gorgeous breakfast and showed us round the flats ..the apartment we had was beautiful as was the resort ...our fridge was stocked with milk bread eggs and all the basics when we arrived ...a few people we know do. them all the time ..you get a 5 star holiday for a bargain basement price in our experience

on arrival at the resort they also gave us €100 voucher that you could spend at the complex bar or restaurant ...no tricks ..just free money !

Ceredigion / N France

And if they try pressure selling to you just mention that you're bankrupt or have CCJs and they'll drop you like a stone ??

They normally like couples , so find someone nice to take ...hint hint.

I can walk off in a paddy and say you're not spending my hard earned, therefore inflicting overall embarrassment as they don't want a domestic
