Number one ! after work, sat in my conservatory with a cuppa, 2 after sex, 3 when I want to escape and cool down after I have been dancing.

After a big meal is when I enjoy one the most, morning fag with a cuppa tea but after I've eaten breakfast, generally after I've eaten anything. Can't smoke on an empty stomach!

I tend to appreciate one when in high stress situations the most. It gives me a moment to collect myself. I'd near enough quit but started again a few weeks ago.

I used to walk into the kitchen, kettle on, toaster down and open door for a cig. Always enjoyed it on a crisp morning.

Infact i when really cold i used to start the car and let i defrost as i stood in the porch with a coffee and cig. Very civilised as opposed to scrapping ice off.
