Up North :-)

I woke up today with a lump on my forehead. I did not have one when I went to bed and have no clue what I've bumped it on!

So, what's your latest bruise and do you know how you got it?

It's not a new bruise exactly, but I've got a deep scar on my right shin from an "encounter" with my own missus at our very first swinging party, where she insisted on keeping her "shagging shoes" on.

It will be an everlasting reminder of our first party

I told our son I did it playing football

Two very bruised knees!!!

And I know exactly how I got them !! And no not carpet burns! fell downstairs and landed thump straight on my knees and they hurt then and they hurt now!!!!!!!!!!!
