Over the Winter I went into Fab hibernation, had about 3 months off as I wasn't sure if it was the site for me.

Rather than deleting my account I just parked it so it was still there when I came back so didn't have to start completely from scratch again

I have been on and off over four years. I come off when I am in a relationship, vanilla. This time, I am in a relationship with a man I met on here, so its different, but we are mainly using the site for social reasons now as we have a fair few friends on here.

I must admit, this site is pretty addictive. Its very cheap to use, if you consider the cost of other sites subscriptions, and you don't have to pay to send and receive messages. I do enjoy browsing the forums and the pics, and i've had the odd success here and there, so I can understand why its a popular site, and why people keep coming back to it!

I just had a break.

Mind you my dog just sort of died on me a week later.

Well I had to put him down.

He was only 5. Alsatian.

I rescued him a few years ago.

I took him in to the vet because he had a dry nose.

I was expecting them to give him drops and that would be it. Take him home again.

I left without a dog.

He looked straight into my face as he went.

I just said "bye mate" be was gone. Tears pissing down my face.

I only have one dog now.

I have had the odd break when seeing someone for a while...Tended to 'hide' profile rather than shut down.

Nice to say hello to friends even if 'out of the loop' so to speak.

Our old profile was "bump n grind".

Had to delete because of local press running news about a new academy been built beside a swinging club and seeing lots of our Facebook friends saying they were going to join the site and visit the club to see what it was like.

Well good luck for whatever you do. But you could always just stay and use the forums for the chat without NSA meets and without expectation of anything else while you get on with your life in the real world.
