Do you get the same takeaway or are you adventurous with your Chinese and Indian

We very rarely eat take away or junk food in general but when we do we usually stick to the same few dishes.

We do occasionally try something new, especially with Indian and on chef's recommendation but again we then revert back to the usual.

I'll eat anything. Apart from mushrooms. They're a fungus.

Brighton - even Hove!

We never eat them. M&s food suits us and that's just reheating really.

Don't eat takeaways as there is nothing that everybody in my house will eat and I refuse to order from different places for each person

You can still have treats. Moderation is the answer. My weakness is crisps, I love them.

I have to be careful as I am on the diabetic injections and the wrong food or over eating will just make me sick x

If you have a good takeaway near you they will cook something to your taste, |I have an Indian by me who will cook new stuff all the time, fish curry being the favorate at the moment.

Insulin controlled will restrict your diet somewhat. Maybe you could make home made versions of your favourite things with ingredients you know will be ok for you. Not the same I know. X

With Indian I tend to stick to the same few dishes but Chinese I tend to a little more adventurous, which is weird because I prefer Indian lol

London / Herts

I'm extremely lucky, and can eat takeaways at least once per week without any visible negative impact (perhaps my heart will have something to say a decade from now though, hahah).

I tend to mix things up, as I'm a big fan of trying new things. When it comes to more familiar cuisine (like Chinese takeaway or Mcdonalds), I generally rotate what food I pick, just to keep things fresh.
