Anyone suffer from Proctalgia Fugax? A painful

sacrorectal spasm following orgasm.It is freaking awful.Feels like you accidentally sat on a blunt object

and cant remove it!! It can last over an hour..

No cure but rest should help. I take it that it's intermittent. An ex had it who had agony from it.
