Tips for an job "Assesment centre"

Anyone got any tips on how to do well at these? All I know is not to be overpowing but also not be a shrinking violet

Group Exercise: don't take over, control it but involve everyone and acknowledge their contributions. Be very aware of the task they ask you to complete, gain understanding and agree roles: timekeeper, scribe etc etc. Make eye contact with all parties in the task, use their names.

Do you know what they are doing for the assessment centre? Is it a group exercise alone (follow View's advice)? Is there a written element? Are they using a psychometric tools?

The advice I give is to be the you who would do the job.
