Not had done myself but know a few people who have, mostly successfully. The smell of burning eyeballs is interesting.

Had mine done 2 weeks ago by London vision clinic using the relex smile keyhole method.

Absolutely perfect now little bit of dryness a first thing in the morning but 1 drop each eye sorts that.

Little bit of halos at night but getting better each day. It's only a badly aimed headlight or shitty hid retrofit that gets blinding

There's no actual heat or burning involved its a cold process.
