Hi im Mark, I had a friend request yesterday from a local couple and on there profile was a picture which had been stolen from my single man profile "itsawhopper"???

Ive reported them to the site and blocked them but should I name them on-site???

Apparently naming them is against the rules but ive done nothing wrong???

This couple are pic and meet verified so im surprised and annoyed!!!

I would like to know peoples opinion please.

Burton upon stather

Naming and shaming isn't allowed, you've done all you can by reporting them and blocking.

ALol it wasnt the remote shot, I like that one too"

You know you're supposed to hold it next to your cock rather than put it on the floor?

Otherwise people will assume it's one of those mini sky remotes!

No, no, never stoop so low.

Your details including pics are public domain now, so all you can do is report to admin and let it go. You could mention on your profile that your pics may have been used by others but don't imply who they may be in the slightest.

Might it be possible that the server or database either had a hiccup or a techie made a mistake somewhere?

Just asking...

OP, doesn't your single profile make rather a big deal of being single and unattached given that you also have a couple profile.

Appreciate there may be some semantics about what kind of relationship you're in but it does appear contradictory.

Do you think a joining fee of £25 would put an end to men posing as others?

No but it would put a lot of genuine people off I think

"Do you think a joining fee of £25 would put an end to men posing as others?"

More barriers to joining means the site would have fewer users and thus be less attractive to some people here. The fewer here may or may not be of higher quality, but a higher volume of users means there's increased chance of people being local and available etc.

I think Fab's policy is right. Buyer beware is important for all things, and users should exercise caution and understand that nothing is without risk. Also, all personal information and photos, once added to fab and elsewhere, become public domain and restricting access may become almost impossible.

" Apparently naming them is against the rules but ive done nothing wrong???"

You've done nothing wrong - yet!

If you know that naming them is against the rules, then don't. This is a rule that is strictly enforced by site admin.

Don't end up getting penalised for the behaviour of others by breaking the rules yourself.

You have reported them to site admin. That is the correct procedure and is all you can do. Let admin take care of it.

If anything i reckon people will be more desperate to get something for their money and use faker pics, lie more or whatever to get meets.

No you cant name and shame on the site. Reporting it will be enough. You don't normally hear from Admin about reports but for pic stealing you will.

Once Admin read the report they will let you know they are dealing with it and then you will receive a mail when it is resolved.

Be patient.
