The right place

Going back to the original question; the most common explanation (for men) is that testosterone levels have built up over night. So you wake up ready to hunt and gather!

Not sure what hormone is responsible for the female sex drive. But I guess it's the same theory.

Because testosterone is higher in the morning and gets lower during the day, if you ever go for a blood test to measure testosterone its always first thing in morning
