How do you cope in the heat or with the change of temperature?

Any good tips for fellow sufferers?

Carry on with your steroid inhaler daily to prevent exacerbations.

Keep your reliever inhaler, (salbutamol etc) handy as you should anyways. If you get hayfever in the summer, antihistamines are your best friend. Drink plenty, and get plenty of vitamin D.
