9.10am and some malted milk biscuits

Left over pizza for lunch and homemade chicken and bacon pie for dinner.

Up at 6:30. Scrambled eggs for breakfast and a cup of tea. Have snacked on almonds and an apple. Now enjoying a Stilton and walnut salad (with a bottle of white wine... It's the weekend

10.45 Sausage Baguette from Greggs £2.50, over priced by £2. Bread wasnt fresh, maybe even pre- frozen, bunch of flakey bake wankers.

1pm Curry sauce and chips in a tray. £2.80. Fucking rip off but nice

Up at 7 had black coffee and red grapefruit for breakfast, chicken breast and tomato for lunch and water. Rock and roll. I love being on a diet

Not technically been to bed today, been awake for 24 hrs now. Since midnight I've eaten a fishfinger butty, cheese & broccoli packet pasta, a kit-kat, a full English breakfast and am now scoffing a tuna sweetcorn & mayo sarnie

Woke up about 7,got up after 9. Had cheese on toast around 10.30 and a jam sandwich about 3 because I needed to take some painkillers. Bolognese for dinner tonight.
