Does anyone else find them selves having countless conversations but never actually meeting?

Define a time waster.

For us it's simply someone you've arranged to meet and they didn't turn up.

Labelling someone who wants to chat a bit before meeting isn't one.

And if you're finding endless chats then you're wasting your own time. You don't have to respond

I would say my time had been wasted by someone who gave the impression they wanted to meet then ignored me. Or said they can accommodate when actually they live with someone and will the car do. Leading people to believe you're interested but not having any intentions of meeting is wasting someone's time. However,someone who isn't prepared to talk to see if there's an attraction may think I'm a timewaster when I don't set a date to meet.

My advice is work the chat for a reasonable time. Then work the convo towards a meet. One lass I've been talking to for 5 months now and still not met. Another we met after 2 weeks. Others are just chat buddies and will probs never meet. You can't really put a time on it. If you feel the chat has gone on long enough and you don't envisage a meet make a decision. Keep them as friends and just Chat or stop talking to them.

There's some people on here who I've spoken to for nearly a year before meeting.

We get on and chat but time and distance are usually an issue so getting a meet set up can be hard.

Then there's people I've spoken to for 5 minutes and we've been jumping into bed together because the situation has been right.

I'm saying that, I chat to a fair few ladies and it goes really well... Arrange a meet for a couple days time.... Then on the day of the meet I'll message them and get no reply.... Just confusing...

Please don't be put off by the veri thing... I set up the account and got into a relationship soon after hence not using the site... And now I'm back... I also refuse to just sleep with any one ( attraction or no attraction ) so I'll be unverified for aslong as it takes..

I really enjoy getting to know people in a social way, it is part of it for me, and the play time fun is a bonus when it happens. This doesn't mean I chat endlessly to lots of people, but the ones I do seem to click with via messaging, are the ones I end up meeting and having a great time with. A social aspect is nice.

Each to their own though, there are plenty on here who don't say much and want you to turn up, fuck n go, never to be seen again. Not really for me.

Back to the point about time wasters, they can be hard to out, I have had a high success rate with profiles that are new, no veris or pictures.

I live in a rural area, and being a single male my options are extremely limited so it meant a long time initially getting anywhere at all on here, so not all are time wasters. I am however getting a sixth sense but still get caught out

So just out of curiosity, as someone not looking to meet, married and simply active (being an irritant) in the forums,

If I make it to 12mth without being shot or removed for crimes of excessive waffle,

Will I get a letter from the queen or equivalent to commemorate my 12mths veri free service,

I don't really care if I chat to people and they think I'm a time waster if we don't meet

I go at my own pace and won't ever be pushed,rushed or made to feel guilty for changing my mind about someone
