I slept in a wet T-shirt and wet shorts.

Worked out ok for me.

I did , but I was really tired. Hoping we get a storm today and it cools down ! I'm going to the gym in a bit - I must be mad !

I just started to drift off about 1.30 am when one of the dogs dropped his squeaky ball next to me and started whining for me to play with him. Then dropped it on me when I ignored him.

Stayed up to watch the lionesses so a little tired this morning. When I eventually went to bed the bedroom was red hot (in the wrong sense!)

Imon painkillers at the moment. Took two cocodamol an hour before bed. Went upstairs like a zombie and fell on the bed, never woke until the alarm went off. Slept with my contacts in and woke to a foggy morning.
