It would be a lot less painful than writing over and saving a doc I working on for the last few weeks. I wrote over it with one bloody letter.

they are out - and free to be kicked, hoisted to my lungs if necessary. What a f*&*ing shit.

I feel your pain, when I've been writing coursework's I've done a shit load of work and then for some reason clicked 'save changes, no'.

Its sole destroying.

I used to email myself a copy every night regardless of how much extra I've done. I would try that in future. Also helps where you delete a load and then realise what you had written was much better

mm was thinking about taking a break, I thought I would change one part of a sentence, I tapped it - highlighting the whole (it was actually a large para not the entire document but I am feeling cheesed off), and wrote over it.

urrrgh. I haven't got a clue what it contained. bollocks. booooohhoooooo booooohhooooooo!!!!! ummmm!!!!

It's too late now, but you can still 'undo' in some programmes even if you've saved.

I have decide to best forget about it... tried to waffle a a bit to refresh myself of surrounding arguments but I haven't got an idea of it. I should have emailed it to myself. Stupid, I could feel I was tired, saw it highlight ans just typed, it was a 10 second blur of unreasoned thinking after that. I think the street hear me swear.
