That women post something on the forums & they get away with it but if a man posts the same thing, they get slated for it.

Bloody double standards

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

Because there are more men than women, who are hornier than women, and so they tend to agree with women, hoping to get into their pants.

I don't differentiate myself. If a post is wanky then I'll say so. If someone needs some advice, then 'll give it. makes no odds whether they're male or female.

Just makes me think those picking unnecessarily on the men are wankers so they get blocked.

Because there are more men than women and some men resort to "The White Knight" act to try and get on certain women's radars, so it's usually said MEN who create these double standards.

My opinion is the same no matter what your gender - if I think you're being a cunt, I'll say so.

I don't really have much to add to this, other than to say yes, this definitely happens. You see it all the time.

And it is both men & women that do it. I found myself defending a poor guy who got flak for something he said to me in a forum post. It wasn't malicious but was taken as being so.

A woman posted the same thing to someone else, yet had no grief.

It is so unfair.

A lot also depends on who the person is and how much back up they have from other forum members as to whether they can get away with saying something that perhaps someone else won't....

I find it's because guys either feel threatened by a comment or immediately want to ridicule another guy in some vain attempt at exercising some misguided sense of being an alpha male. It's a swingers forum, not tribal warfare.

It's also usually committed by single guys and rarely guys as part of a couple. It's a shame that such desperate individuals need to resort to try and get other guys banned or muted to propel themselves into a self-assumed position of hierarchy.

There are some single females who are just as bad or even worse.

I would say that women are very naturally and instinctively emotionally supportive of each other and most will post accordingly regardless of subject matter.

Men, show their camaraderie by taking the piss out of one another, and accepting same with good grace.

Indeed there are. Fortunately for them they tend to be part of the fabswingers 'clique'so nothing gets said.

You get this scenario in all walks of life, those that 'suck up' to gain popularity and those who just go about their business.
